For the Lobster:
2 lobster tails
3 cloves garlic, minced 
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 
1 tsp paprika 
Salt and pepper to taste 
Fresh parsley for garnish 
Lemon wedges for serving 
For the Scallops:
1/2 lb sea scallops, patted dry 
2 tbsp unsalted butter 
2 cloves garlic, minced 
1 tbsp olive oil 
Salt and pepper to taste 
Fresh parsley for garnish 
1. Preheat your oven to broil.
2. Cut the lobster tails along the top shell and gently pull the meat out, placing it on top of the shell.
3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season the scallops with salt and pepper.
3. Add the scallops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and slightly crispy on the edges.
4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the butter and garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant (about 1 minute).
5. Spoon the garlic butter over the scallops and garnish with fresh parsley.
